Bad service and unproffesionalism

I am utterly disgusted with the service I got at the shop. Yesterday I went to Pep to get a few things for my daughter because I have grown to love pep since I grew up wearing clothes from there. I got the clothes which were very pretty and when I got to the pay point I payed with my Bank card. My transaction was declined 3 time but on the second try my phone showed me that the amount has gone through. The cashier said no it didn't go through even though I showed her and said it will be rervesed back to my account within a few min hence we tried the 3rd time. After that didn't work she said I should rather pay cash. Since I didn't have cash I went to the bank to get cash and I also got a statement which showed that the money is gone. I went back to the store and I showed them, the cashier said its my bank that's slow I must wait for 24 hours, bear in mind I didnt receive the clothes. I waited the 24 hrs gt ANOTHER bank statement inside the bank this time. I went to the store, they still refused to give me my money or the clothes. Now I dont know what to do and the bad attitude from the cashiers is even worse. They are shifting the blame without helping me. I am sooo!!! disappointed.
