I was so dissapointed

So i went to shoe City Polokwane to buy a sim card with my friend.

Nyeleti done a simswop for us...

she then photocopied my ID, and this is done without my consent. I asked her why is she photocopying my ID?

She and the person who calls himself a manager could not tell me why did they take a copy of my ID? basically Mr Shai (the Manager) was willing to sell us the sim card without performing rica, and eventually Nyeleti forced to rica it, we only has an ID, why making a copy of my ID?.. if all stores and agents in the streets do not take our ID copies?

So mr shai who calls himself a manager have questionable leadership and managment skills because instead of explaining to a customer why do the store take a copy of my ID he tells me that i shud come and train them how to render services? what is that? well i was shocked, since i was born i have never received that type of treatment and i promise you, i thought Shoe City was the best all along. i have an account with ackermans and i often buy shoes at your store, my shai's conduct was so questionable because i ended up leaving the store with many questions in my mind. i complained about shoes months back, today this?
