I just got home after purchasing some goods from Pick 'n Pay Clearwater. While paying, the cashier and packer talks SO much. They barely acknowledge the customer. Three or so tills down, another customer is raising her voice saying..."you're still helping me" & when I looked around, the same thing is happening. The cashier is talking to someone else while assisting the customer. When I unpacked my bags, I realised that not everything I put in my basket is in the bag. I checked the slip and there you go... I paid for something THAT DID NOT GET PACKED.It's not in the bag but I sure got charged for it. It's crazy how they disrespect the customers. Maybe if they didn't talk so much with one another & consentrates a little more on what they're doing, the customers won't have to raise their voices & will get the stuff they paid for, in their bags. To phone them now is just going to cost more money. To drive there & show them my slip, is also just going to cost me extra. AND AT THE END OF THE DAY, US AS CUSTOMERS ARE ACTUALLY PAYING THEIR SALARIES - But for what? We are just another customer buing something. No respect, no service & also no pride in their work - unbelievable!!!
