Lack of customer service skills is disgusting

I was at the branch this afternoon. Went to one of those double tills. So after ringing all my stuff I asked the cashier (Gloria) to please hand me one of the green shopper bags. I was told, in a tone you would use on a 3 year old: YOU BRING IT TO ME. So I had to go all around and get it as I couldn't pass the way I had come coz the other cashier was serving her customer and there was no space to pass through. The cashier, however, could just get off her chair and reach over and would have been able to get one. I feel this could have been her going the extra mile, but I guess not everyone has that customer service close to heart. Another gripe I have is that there was another staff member called Sewela standing next to her and while helping me they were deep in conversation and she didn't even offer to pack for me even though there was no one in the line behind me. My request is to kindly ensure staff know how to deal with customers. The fact that they don't even acknowledge you because they are chatting is very very unprofessional. tone of voice when addressing customers should also not be as if you are talking to your child.
