Another bad attitude cashier in less than a month

This morning I went to pick n pay in the morning as I usually do, got
What I needed and when I got to the tills there was a lady who was loading her till so I stopped to ask her if she ws opening as the other tills had long lines she didn't respond when I asked the first time them I thought she didn't hear me so I repeated myself she gave me the roughest NO and she didn't even look @ me, went to the other tills as soon as I got there she called on other customers to her till and I went back to her and asked why she to me and once again with attitude she tells me she was still waiting for a manager to tell her to start work. She had no name badge which I complained about not too long ago and when I spoke to their manager from my previous complaint she said she'll make sure they have their name badges on. She assisted with so much attitude she didn't even give me my card and slip in hand she put it down and started helping another customer with yet a long face. I am truly disappointed by the service we receive at that branch we were chatting among ourselves as customers others said ohhh this happens everyday and they are used to it. I refuse to accept such disrespect as I pay.
