Gas Heater operates for only 20min

I bought the alva gas heater GH310-S

The heater only operates for around 20 minutes at a time. We initially thought the space require and the lack of air but the same thing the happens constantly - switching off.

We operate it as recommended in the manual and it still switches off. the gas has been check and its a new cylinder.

I need this resolved ASAP.
