To the Totalsports team at the V&A thank you for brilliant service or shall we say world class service? we got greeted friendly assisted with a smile entering the store.
Every staff member greeted us with a smile you can truly see they love what they do!

Nothing was too much, I was interested in shoes and said well I'm just looking we can't buy now. Staff was still so friendly and said mam you and your husband are welcome to fit this shoes we want you to feel like family and not just like a customer.
Well I ended up buying a pair, they was willing to go the extra mile without forcing me to "buy" and I truly did not plan to spend a cent.

Thank you V&A for being so friendly and then cashiers who gave me also world class service and introduced me to your rewards scheme.
