Display Price & Goods Differnt from Product on sal

Builders Warehouse are displaying a Alva Gas Heater for R1100 /-; which seems like a good price because the item on display is an Alva Heater with a Gas bottle and thought that it was a good offering.

Today when I asked them to please load one into my trolley, they offered me a box with the heater that had not had the gas bottle included.

I was quite disappointed at the false advertising since there was no visible indication that the gas bottle was not part of their offering, despite the fact that the item on display had the heater and bottle with a price of around R1100 displayed on it.

This is false advertising! When I insisted the manager sell me the product as he had it on display - they refused, explaining that the bottle was not part of the price (but had a price on the unit).

As their customer who had spent a lot of money there the past few months - I feel mistreated and deceived.
