An employee at our company alleged that her phone and R300 was in Game Centurion. The employees within Game reported that the circumstances surrounding the alleged were different than what she stated. I contact the manager Andre Geldenhyus. He was terribly rude-when I asked for feedback he says 'on what'.It did not even occur to the man to say he would investigate at all. Further to that I phoned Herman van der Berg to discuss the matter-he is the group customer service advisor. He was also rude and unhelpful. Though he said they would investigate-he also had clearly made up his mind with regards to the incident already also. I told him that Violet, the security guard told me that there were incidents of in the store all the time. He said that she will be taken on a disciplinary, clearly unconcerned about the safety of customers at all. I have no confidence that any of these men are able to investigate this matter in an unbiased fashion nor do I think they have any customer service skills. I am totally disappointed in Game and will not support them again if they do not make a better attempt to resolve this. I am waiting for feedback from Herman's superior.
