Game Stores Are Corrupt & Mislead On Specials

Ivan from game empangeni told me to take my camera into game pavilion and they woulr send it away for repairs at minimal costs. On arriving at game pavilion i was told they can send it away and they couldnt tell me how much it would cost to repair, but i would be charged for postage and handling and amount which they also coud not disclose. The lady assisting me at customer service made a call to enquire if the camera could be repaired and was informed that they dont do it and refered me to another comany... Game really... One rude game employee even had the nerve to half deal with me while he was on a call and told me that this piece of camera which I was conned into buying was actually worth R4000... why doesnt this reflect on my till slip? I asked the customer service lady to call Ivan at empangeni branch as he seemed to be the most helpful and efficient and it turns out he is on leave... GAME GAME TO . Im done and will be opening that case at the police station regarding the mileading price marked down and take the matter further. Ivan should be promoted as he is the only person with any customer service skills. CORRUPTION...
