Terrible customer service!

I have recently opened a Game account to try and build a credit history! I went to buy a few appliances, I could not find anyone to assist me with appliances, after walking around for 10minutes I finally found someone to come and help me! After shopping in Game for an hour I got to the till, there was no one there to help so I was packing my own packets and putting them into the trolley. After all this I was told that I could not purchase on my account because their system was down. I then asked to speak to a manager who was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude! I asked why Game did not put up signs to notify customers that their systems were down and the manager told me that no they do not put up signs because it is a waste! If I had seen a sign saying that their system was down then I would not have wasted my time shopping there! Not once did the manager apologize for the inconvenience caused and she made no attempt to make the situation any better! I was the one who was annoyed and whose time had been wasted, yet this manager was the one with a major attitude problem! I am very disappointed and would not rush back to Game anytime soon!
