Despite the empty promises, handed ove

Now I am being harrassd daly by VMM attorneys 087 740 1183 on an amount I queried (and have been querying and disputing) on a weekly basis since September / October. Astounding that all my recorded calls, written disputes and endless telephone calls just seem to vanish into this company whose IT systems must be in utter disarray. My letters to the Company Secretaries themselves to resolve thge issue go unanswered. The tactic is clear, harass and intimidate and niggle until the victim gives in and pays an unexplained exorbitant amount charged to your account way above your account limit. This breaches several pieces of legislation, including the NSR no 35 and the CPA. Both protect the consumer from the big corporates, so no ABSA / Edcon, you arent going to grind me down. You are going to account for and explain your behaviour and charges and resolve this issue immediately.
