Lack of Staff!

It's a nightmare going to this branch! On so many occasions you wait in line to pay and there's only one teller serving customers. What's happening with the 6 other till points? When asking, why the poor service, the say employee cuts but this doesn't make sense as this is the only EDGARS I ever have a problem with. There's hardly any merchandise in the store so what's happening with the management? The only reason I used to visit this branch is out of convenience however i refuse to support this store in future!
