I went to game in lichtenburg to buy contract phone and asked that what ever package i get it must NOT exit when it is finished.i lodged a complain with the consultant he doesnt know what to do, i also escaleted it to derel thys the store manager on friday (27/09/2013) he said he will get back to me IN 30 MINUTES till today i have been waiting for his call.
THE WORST THING NOW IS THAT I CALL HEAD OFFICE TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE MATTER, I SPOKE TO HERMAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE GIVES ME ATTITUDE, HE SAID HE CANT PUSH ME TO TALK I MEAN REALLY IF PEOPLE WORKING TO RECOVER SERVICE GIVES ATTITUDE WHO MUST WE RUN TO.CLEARLY THIS HERMAN DOES NOT BELONG THERE.HIS ATTITUDE STINKS I MEAN ITS BAD BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT LET ME TO TALK TO THE TEAM LEADER AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON MY EAR.THIS IS PATHETIC.
I NEED RESOLUTION SOMEONE MUST HELP AND GIVE THIS HERMANUS SERVICE CLASSES GUYS HE IS BAD.I AM AND I DONT WANT RELATIONSHIP WITH GAME IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE RECEIVE.EVEN THIS PHONE I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE.!!!
