On the 27/06/2013 I sent and email regarding my complaint that CNA had a "wonderful promotion" at the end of 2012 and currently (19/07/2013) I am not benefiting from the 2 for 1 Movies Card issued many months later because there is an issue with the Marketing Company involved and Ster Kinekor. I have been attempting to resolve this enquiry with the Marketing Company and the Ster Kinekor management myself!! As and Edcon client! That is not fair and I really and strongly feel discouraged from using Edcon and purchasing from them ever again. I know this is really not fair on the consumer according to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should my query not be resolved soon I will take further action and consult an higher authority or Consumer Watch so no one will have to bear these challenges I face with you. Today is the 19/07/2013 - I have not gotten any feedback.
