Club Membership

I have applied online and paid the R30 membership to become a Fanatics Club member. This was on 9 July.
I received a temporary card that I could print out - but since then I cannot use it as the system says the number is invalid. I tried purchasing movie tickets twice and could not benefit from this.

I have not receive my permanent card in the post or any other notification about the wonderful benefits of things that you can get when you join! I am starting to think that this is not a Club that I want to be part of anymore!!

Please advise what the hold up is with the process and why the system seems to have a glitch. Your response would be appreciated
