Beware.. buying from these guys

I ordered my lounge suite from UFO furniture, in Springfield 13/4/12013. The invoice stated 8-10 weeks for delivery. So on the 8th week i phone to check if there are any delays in the shipping, and the guy said no, there were no delays. So after 10 weeks still no call so say that there is a delay, and when i call, no one apologises, they just said some day in July. So after waiting 13 weeks, I call to find out why has no one call be to say what the hold up is, I was told they'll call back and not to my surprise, they didn't call back. So in a nut shell, I will never, ever buy stuff from UFO, well maybe when pigs fly, I'll consider it. Off to get my money back!
