I bought a lounge suite from Furniture City through Stella which checked the stock at the warehouse before I Paid for it, she also said that they would deliver it the next week. It's now 3 weeks later and no lounge suite. Every time I phone Stella she has an excuse and she also does not phone me back to confirm when the stuff would be delivered. I am really fed up because the same thing happened at House and Home and then I went and collected my money back and went to Furniture City hoping that the service would be better, but I think it is worse then House and Home. I have been without a lounge suite since 20 December 2012 and I'm tired of sitting on garden chairs. I just can't believe the service that you receive from the stores...
