Still waiting for 'repaired' couches

I purchased 2 Grafton Everest couches (a 3 seat and 2 seat) from Furniture City last year. Knowing Grafton Everest is a good make that would last for years. However, after a while I noticed the cushions getting softer, eventually they were so uncomfortable to sit on. I called Furniture City and someone came and fetched the couches and had them back in 24 hours. All they had done was stuff more stuffing in. In a few weeks the stuffing had either flattened or shifted to one side making bumps on the seats and gaps in between the seats. Again I called. After many "I'll call you back" and they never do, they asked for photos. Eventually someone came to pick it up on the 15/6/2013. After a week I phoned to find out when I was getting it back, they said next week as they had changed their repair people. The next week I call, they say next week. Next week I call, they say Monday. Today is that Monday and they say maybe tomorrow. It has been over 3 weeks now and I have had enough! We have no furniture and have been sitting on a mattress on the floor. Whenever I call, the attitude is as if I am wasting their time. Now I just want my money back and never buy from there again!
