Six months later still no TV

Earlier this year I returned the TV I had bought from them, because it had started giving me problems, while still under extended guarantee. They kept it for over two months, besides promising to fix it within 21 days. Meanwhile, nobody ever gave any feedback. After I had written a complaint, I was told to come and get a new TV because they could not repair the one I had sent in. I was happy for a while, until I realised it was the same TV I had sent to them for repairs, and it was still broken. At the beginning of June I sent it back to them. They apologised and told me they would make sure the matter is sorted out IMMEDIATELY. Well, guess what. I still don't have a TV. They haven't come back to me.

I really have no idea what to do now. These guys just don't give a. I just can't believe people can still treat their customers the way House & Home has treated me.
