Pre Cooked Chicken

Good Day.

I thought that I would bring you up to something I came across while shopping at your Pinelands branch of Pick 'n Pay.
I am generally very happy with the service, your staff are polite, you often have stock of everything and in general your store is fantastic... However, on Sunday the 14th of July, I bought two of your whole, pre-cooked, barbecue chickens. They looked fine and healthy in their packaging, but when it came to cutting them and serving them, I must admit, I was disappointed.

I have never had a problem buying your chicken before, but these two chickens were only partially cooked and still had some of their giblets in them. And apart from that while cutting them, they had chunks of orange fat coming off of them. I popped them in the oven quickly, just to cook them through, and when i took them out, they were swimming in fat and oil.

Im not looking to be reimbursed, I just thought it would be necessary to let you know, so this sort of situation does not happen again.
