Mercedes Lounge Set in repair now for the 3rd time

I had purchased the set last year August, after noticing that one of the recliners had the seat starting to sink i complained. it was taken in for repair and returned with the issue still recurring. the back and forth on the repair has been occurring for the last 3 months with it being taken for repairs for the 3rd time. i am highly frustrated with 1. not having a couch for long periods of time, 2. it being taken away for repairs for a 3rd time. right now i am well within my consumer rights to have the set replaced however they insist on repairs. i do not want the set back. Further to this there has been no reply after filing an actual complaint with the customer service division. quality of products at house and home have definitely been degraded and am sad to have spent that much money on a low quality product at the house and home. never again
