I have bought a Bauer microwave from House & Home Roodepoort in November 2012, within two months the microwave was broken. I took it in to be fixed and requested that I want a new one because I don't want goods that are going to keep on breaking. They said that they have to fix it, which they did. Two months after that it broke again, then they send somebody out to my house to fix the microwave and this person even replaced the motor inside the microwave then last week the microwave broke again and I had to take it back in. Now they are doing another assessment on the machine to determine what the problem is. I took it in Tuesday afternoon and the machine is still standing in the store and it is supposed to go to the supplier to be checked. In the meantime I have people phoning me regarding payment on a broken machine that I don't even have.

My experience with House & Home was from the beginning very poor, they requested that I have to come in with my ID so that they can scan it for the contract, Why didn't the sales person do that in the beginning and then when I came in they couldn't do it because their scanner wasn't working and they then requested that I come back on another d
