My Husband and I are sitting without a bed. We explain to House & Home PE the urgency of getting a bed. The manger is very indifferent towards us. We feel like we are an inconvenience to the sales' staff, no one was willing to help. After waiting two day didn't hear from PE staff I phoned head office to find out if our credit was approved. Finally Roxanne phone & ask that we come &sign which we gladly did she ask us to sign blank documents. we refused & insist she completes the document before we sign. We ask when could we expect our bed Roxanne promised by the thur/friday the latest. While need I say more we are still sitting without a bed. we haven't heard from anyone at House & Home PE or Head Office. Any courtesy call nothing. they are quick to ask us to sign blank forms but the service we receive form House and home get zero and Port Elizabeth management need I say more that is why the sales staff are indifferent just look at Management and it answer your question. Staff is too busy with karaoke and play on the x-box to worry about customers and there needs like I mentioned before as long as they have a signed contract (R15712.41) no bed to show for that amount.
