I ordered two DVDs and did what was required of me. I waited for the DVD while it was being requested from the supplier.

On 12 July I get an email to let me know that my parcel is being dispatched with Kalahari's door-to-door service.

On Tuesday 16 July 2013 at 10:30am I get a call from someone telling me that my DVDs will be delivered. The woman asks for the delivery address and I give her the details. Later at 4:16pm I see I had a missed call from this number 040 509 0909 at 4:11pm. I immediately call and when I tried to call it back it's not working.

I waited until 5pm and then called [URL Removed] to ask what's going on, why haven't I received anything yet. I'm told by the call centre lady that they don't have my delivery address and therefore had to send the parcel back. The driver told them this at 3pm!!!

Why did this woman call me to ask me for my address and then neglected to give this info to the driver??

I will never BUY from Kalahari ever again, clearly you DON'T care about your customers!! I should have just bought my DVDs from AMAZON!!!
