I purchased a bed from House and Home on the 22 February 2013. The very next day I went to the manger and complained that I was not satisfied. He then told me a rep would come to my house and see what the problem was. When the rep arrived he immediately said that the mattress is damaged and should be replaced. It is now the 6 April and I still have not received my new mattress.
I had to make several calls to find out when my mattress will be delivered but all Roxzaan could tell me was that the driver was busy and now he is off sick. I feel that I, the customer. should not be the one phoning after her. Also the fact that they sold me a damaged mattress it should be their priority to get me a new one as soon as possible and not one month later. I am very disgusted at their service and definitely won't be buying from House and Home again!!!
