Bad Customer Service - Deliver empty promises

I have once again experienced another disappointing experience with House & Home.
On Saturday, 31 August 2013 I applied and ordered a Defy hob and extra length Restonic Queen size bed.
I told the sales lady, Eleanor at Parow branch about my previous ordeal I sufferred with House & Home N1 City, paying cash for a bed that had to be ordered and only to discover 2 weeks later the order was never placed. Eager to take the money and then all is forgotten. Upon this Eleanor promises and guaranteed that it will definitely not happen to me again and especially not at their branch. The Monday, 02 September, I was called and had to come sign as the transaction was approved. Once again I discussed the previous disappointment, and once again she promised it wont happen and that I will have the bed in 2 weeks, I even asked: "So my son will be in his new bed the 16th September? " She replied maybe even sooner. Today, she called and explained that there was a problem with the lady at head office that did not place the order and that their printers was out of order. Seriously, how can this happen again... House & House eager to take deals and have contracts sign, but useless in delivering
