Appalling service from House&Home even from management! I applied for credit having been impressed by the goods that were on sale but little did i know that the so called "quick response" would be so late, i'm still waiting. I contacted the credit company who identified themselves as the shoprite group by the third day and was promised feed-back the following day. I then called back again two days after to enquire further and was then told that it in managements hands and that i would have an answer by the following day. Having not had any joy, i went back to the alberton branch and was told by the sales agent that we would have an answer in no time... Still nothing... Days later, the manager known as Malcolm promised the same and that he would call me personally... Still nothing. I'm sick & tired of such appalling service and have since enquired with another furniture store yesterday and got answer today. I will never recommend any joy from House&Home to anyone i know. All the comments speak for themselves.
