Whats going on with your accounts???

I have made 2 payments to my store card, R200 on the 25th of June and R400 on the 3rd of July. Im getting sms's saying that my store card is over-due. I have sent throught the proof of the EFT's countless times! I always experience this when I do an EFT, You can NEVER pick up my payment.
