I applied for a woolworths store card about 5 months ago and I paid my instalments when they were due. I was then cut off and waited about another 2 months to receive a new store card, which I then proceeded to pay off and close the account. I paid woolworths all money owed and asked for the account to be closed. I have since recived numerous sms's stating that I have been handed over for collection. I need my account to be rectified as I have also sent proof of payment about 5 times. I've been treated so badly by woolworths and I seriously need this to be rectified.
