Well Done Bridget!

End of the month rush - but Bridget Hendricks was calm and assisted me in an efficient way. While she was sorting out my issue, another staff member demanded her attention to pay for something she wanted (really?!?!?!). But Bridget handled everything very well.
I was there again after that and while I was standing in line observed her efficienct and diligent way of dealing with customers.
