No service, no replie, no mangement

Hi

We bought a sony 7.1, form the vanderbijlpak store, had it for less than a month when it broke, there was no sound at all, took it to the store, after week they say its fixed, picked it up, work for a day, then no sound again, took it back again. and since then nothing from there side, week by week I go to the store they said next week they will phone, come next week, no response, then there where a guy that said we wil get 'n new one! no that guys is gone, there is no branch manager, no management at all! I stop making my installments because, I have been paying for an item in there store, while month by month the garatee elaps! they don't want to cansel the contract, they don't want to give me a new item, and I defnetly do not want a item that's been in there stores or where ever for more than 3 months now!
