Lady working with accounts have attitude

I entered the Russels store at 14h30 on 15 July 2013. I asked the store manager about the sms I received about my account that is in arrears and she said I must talk to the lady working with the accounts. I went to the lady who was busy on the telephone and took a seat at the table. After she hang up the phone she looked at me as if I am not welcome. I explain my problem to her and she was not friendly and not helpful in anyway. The more I am trying to explain to her that I have never skip a month instalments the more she wants to tell me that I am lying. The instalment was paid on the 3rd of July and I am still receiving sms's that my account is in arrears and need to make payments immediately. The lady was not friendly and had a attitude towards me and had no intention to help me at all. I feel a person like that needs to work in the kitchen and not with customers. After all I spend more than R 50000.00 in that store over the last 2 years.
