Incomplete product deliverd

Though I do commend you for your fast delivery but that credit should be given to Mr delivery. You failed to deliver a complete product. I ordered a fisher price baby swing and out of the box it comes out with no restraint pad. This is one of the things needed to secure the child into the swing and I cannot accept sub standard product that would put my child at risk. My order number is 1188635.
I want a new baby swing delivered tomorrow and the incomplete one collected as I am aware that you have done such for your other customers.
