Kindle Disappointment

I am livid at the service I received from Promenade store. I went in yesterday, Sunday 14.07.2013 for a kindle, the guy responsible, unfortunately didn't get his name, said he had plenty & would still have today, Monday. I sent my fiancee from Plumstead to Michells Plain. After waiting a long time there was only 1 & broken! He sent my fiancee to Kuilsriver's Game... without telling him that they did not have the same promotion. Service was pathetic & now 24 hours later I am bitterly disappointed. I feel its your duty to find me 1 at Promenade's promo price since he said they had MANY! Or re imburse me for a full days work & fuel costs. I am seriously upset!!!
