Floorwiz Pro - What a inferior product

I had a Floorwiz Pro Fibre mop that I bought at Game in Cresta Shopping Centre quite a while back. This morning as I started to use it, the hard plastic piece where the handle connects to the mop part broke. Being probably almost a year, I chalked it off to normal wear and tear.

Off I went to Spar Milpark, bought myself a nice new orange one, came home to continue cleaning, and was enjoying my new mop.

And then it happened - it BROKE even before I finished. Same place.

The quality of your product is very disappointing and not what one would expect.
