We bought a karcher h/pressure cleaner in jan 2013 and 27 days later the machine leaked water we took it back and they send it is for repairs. 3 weeks later the floor manager phoned us and said we should pay R815 before we can get it back we complaint about it and they said they would give us 50% discount. we complaint again as we bought a new product how come we should be paying again for the product they said it's a wear and tear and the cylinder head was faulty. We did not wear and tear the product. This weekend we went back again the person helping us with hands in his pocket just pulling up his shoulders saying we should just pay. Not even the box with it's fittings we gave in with the repair can be found. i'm very upset about this, we are everyday buyers at game and this is the way treating us. the suppervisor even gone as far as telling my husband that its like crashing a car and you go to the supplier of the vehicle and want a new one. i mean for real is this the way treating people that buys from you.
