Verimark
Bad Quality

Over the years I have bought vacuum cleaners and all of them lasted like a year or so. Then end of 2011 I went to Verimark in Game N1 City. Spoke to a salesman, can not recall his name and told him that I am so tired of buying vacuum cleaners. I need one that will last now. He told me about the Genesis Hydrovac Turbo. He told his story like all salesmen do, sales talk. The price was R1499-00 which is a lot of money for a vacuum cleaner. I bought it. Within the first year the engine burnt out. We had to Hellopeter Game N1 City because they refused to fix it, and I took an extended 1 year warrantee out on it. Only after Hellopeter they took it in for repairs.
But my troubles did not end there. It was not just N1 City, it is just a bad, poor quality product of Verimark. I have to constantly use tape to hold pipe in place because the pipe connection broke at the bottom. It was just made flimsy. The vacuum cleaner never worked properly, I am so angry, so disappointed and now I am without a vacuum cleaner again.
