Waste of Money

We bought the butterfly mop 2 1/2 weeks ago and the sponge has come off completely ALREADY. What a poorly made mop. Who can afford to replace a sponge every 3 weeks?! I want a complete refund for this product. I will rather use the original broken Floorwiz that I have than waste my money on this product. I have noted various complaints around this product, perhaps you should take it off the market or recall them until you can find a way to keep the sponge on until it actually needs replacing.
