Cheap Quality Shopping Bags

On many occasions I have experienced my plastic Pick n Pay shopping bags breaking. Today the handle on one of my Pick n Pay shopping bags broken and a bottle fell out and smashed. I then checked my other plastic bag and it too had a split left handle (in the exact same place). i have taken photos of both the defected packets. I can no longer stand for these inferior bags that we now have to pay for. If consumers paying for the packets they at least need to be of the same quality that they were when they were free.

I demand that I be reimbursed for the bottle that broke as well as the 2 shopping bags and will demand reimbursement for ever item that gets damaged going forward because of your cheap quality expensive shopping bags.
