Bad Quality

I bought the Verimark Floorwiz mop at Pick and Pay Mall @ Carnval on the 13 Jan 2014 @ about 9:30 and Im using it for the 1st time today and I hv phnd the 0860005005 now and been on the website and left a note on the contact us thg and I hv still not hv anyone contact me to guarantee the product but I seem to hbv miss placed my slip.

Every frikken time I mop the mop sponge comes off and I hv done wat it says on the packaging and it keeps coming off and I v been hving to put my hands int the water and the whl reason y I bought the mop is so I dnt hv to put my hands in the water, im starting to loose allpatience with verimark and their products cos this is not the 1syt time this stupid mop is doing somethg like this
