Dischem discriminates

To whom it may concern.
My Mother in-law had friends visiting from Germany and she with her 2 German friends went to Dis-chem in Willowbridge to purchase goods. They purchased Almay Mup Smart Shade A-Aging L/Med on the 19th of January and on arrival at home discovered that they actually purchased a tester. On return to Dis-chem the Manager said that he does not believe them and took the tester and did not even offer a replacement or refund even on presenting a valid receipt. There is something called the CPA and this is definitely unscrupulous behavior from a retailer. Just because they are woman and from a foreign country does not mean that they can be discriminated against. They said its the 1st time on a visit to SA that they had such a bad experience. They even went in an bought another of the same product because they needed it, but they said they will never buy from Dis-chem again. I will also not support Dis-chem again and tell all my friends to also purchase there medical products from other places, because after all Dis-chem is not the cheapest. I hope the manger of this store just realized that because of him Dis-chem has just lost a couple of regular customers. Disgusting.
