Bad Attitude

Hi, Dischem Brackenhurst has always been a pleasure to visit, but lately I've experience some bad service.
Firstly: Fanie Grobler smokes just outside the Dischem door, When entering you have to walk through his smoke cloud into Dischem. I would like to know what is the policy around this.

Two nights ago I went into Dischem - looking for Nivea shower gel - I approached the make counter at he back of Dischem-The two sales people where busy plating each other hair braids in the corner and just pointed her finger to the direction of the shelve I should go to.
