Lost package kept securely by Checkers staff

I left a package (with goods that I purchased at Dischem) at Checkers while doing my grocery shopping. I only realised in the evening that I left the Dischem package in a trolley at Checkers. The contents of the package was expensive (it included make-up and toiletries). The next morning I went back to Checkers and reported that I had left a package in one of their trolleys. The security guard spoke to a supervisor (Nombuxo Mandudo) regarding the matter. Nombuxo immediately remembered the package and showed me the register were she recorded the package. She told me that she took it to Dischem so that they can contact me by using the slip with my Dischem card number. Wow! I was so surprised by the effort that she had made to keep my package safe and to get it back to me. I was even more surprised when I arrived at Dischem to find my package with all the goods inside (thanks to Adrie at Dischem Raslouw for her safe keeping of the package).
