Towards the end of 2010, i used my mom, s account at ellerines to buy my laptop, my mom, ss name is miss me kgiba, within six months the laptop crashed, my mom took it back, they took d laptopfor repairs so they said, since then been sent from pillar to post, my mom gets a different story everytime she goes to enquire, mind you i didn't stop paying for the laptop, i paid until it was paid off, when my mom goes to the shop, she was told to pay 3500 for the repairs of which i told her no cause i believe it was still under d guarantee, next excuse was they can't find the laptop its lost, sometimes they said the manager is not there so they can't help my mom, when he was there he was never helpful, it was another story or he was very rude, today was the last straw 05, 07, 13 he became very violent, screamed at my mom infront of everyone in the shop told my mom there's nothing he can do, the only thing he can do, is that my mom must buy another laptop and she will give her a discount, i don't that's fair and professional, it's been 3yrs fighting for one thing, and i paid that account off, don't owe them nothing.please help
