Early in the year (2013), we bought a Trancend 640gig portable hardrive. After a short while the hardrive became fault with some times not connecting to the computer and the TV. We found that the connection plug on the device was faulty.

We took the device back to CNA Canal Walk to get it fixed as it is still within warranty period. Within the past month or two we went about four times to collect the fixed device. Every time the employer that helps us just tells us that the person that handles repair or return are not at work and that we will be contacted during the day. Since the first time we have never been contacted by any employer from CNA Canal Walk.

On all these occasions we have been polite and patient but the whole situation has turned out ridiculous and unacceptable. We paid for a device that did not work properly.

The worst of all is that we returned a pair of Skull Candy headphones that was also faulty a while back and we also had to wait a few months. At the end of the day we just got a new pair of headphones.
