Electronics and household app.

I have a Samsung tab, which switched off on the 20/10/2013.Called around as the device was purchased through FNB and was told to take the device to the Samsung Smart Centre in Canal Walk. The device was booked in the 28/10.The customer service is pathetic as the receptionist is clueless on the ETA on the devices. I called today (21/11) and was told that the mainboard has to come from Korea as there is no stock in SA. And the device cannot be replaced this was not part of the policy, Surely if the device is still under guarantee it should be replaced. The attitude was that if you want to collect it you can as we are not able to provide you with a new device... So FNB is taking there instalment every month and I'm sitting without a device.
