Knowledgeable and Helpful

I went to Incredible Connection at Alberton City this morning, hoping to make a purchase for the Logitech G930, which is part of the 50% off special at the moment. Sadly, the stock there is not the greatest, but the help I got was amazing. One of the salesmen, unable to assist me fully, called the "Gaming Salesman", as this was a gaming device I was querying. And wow, he was brilliant. Normally you deal with some one who does not know what you talking about, and they have very little information and cant help. This guy, really wish I got his name, was sharp, knew A LOT about the various products we discussed, and went and found a branch that had stock for me, and showed me piles of details and information which was well beyond what he needed to do.
Very chuffed with him, just a pity that they did not have stock. But the service was fantastic.
Best Incredible Connection I have been to by far. Sadly the staff at "Eastgate"(where there was stock) were not clued up at all, but at least they were also friendly.
