My Lovely Boots Damaged

On da 29th I took my boots 2 multiserve they had stains. Anna helped I showed her da boots she recommended the liquid stain remover. She applied it on 1 boots said it will dry out, after 15 min it didn't dry out. So she said 2 me it will take long because the liquid is working on the stain I was a fool to believe her the mark is still there. Da boots is more damaged. She told me 2 take the boots with me I will give her feedback da next day. Da next day I went she was not there but I found da guy who works there, when I told him what was applied he said da stain remover she used is for dark colours, the best thing I can do is to dye da shoes navy 15min After I've left she calls shouting on the phone saying why did I tellthose guyz she ruined my boots, I told her that she must make plans 2 get me the dye for the shoes, after that day I didn't hear from her on da 10th of July to ask if she got the dye, she said I must get it and dye my own shoes. On da 11th I went 2 fetch them and da dye I was told 2 pay R75, I texted Anna she didn't reply da guy I found told me dat they closing I must hurry, after 3 min he started pulling me with coat bcos I insist 2 pay saying he wants 2 close.
