Putrid service il rather deal with a 6 yeear old

I bought a TV and lounge suite in 2010 in in April in 2 months the couches had to be repaired as it had sunken in an the hood work was felt if you sit on it... not to mention this is a full upholstery lounge suite. It was than said that it will be gone for 2 weeks and turned in to 3 months... when it was delivired it came back dirty and looked like they left it without completing... i spend R600 to clean it... i then reported this at the store in December 2012 and received a sms with a ref number "ELLERINES
Thank you for contacting our Callcentre. Your complaint is receiving our urgent attention. Reference number 170850. Contact 086 1300 155." On the 6th of February 2013 and in that time I have placed a claim for my TV that was working but showing green... my TV was picked up a week later and is gone ever since no word about the couchers... i went to the store... spoke to Andrea that is the manager and all she said is it will be resloved... 3 months now and no word... contacted Shamier at head customer care and he ut me through to Shareeze Van Dyk and I must say she got back to me every day and all thanks to her... im now logging this complaint
